Job Description for HCL Technologies Off Campus Drive 2024:
- HCL Technologies Off Campus Drive 2024 hiring freshers for International Voice Process Position
- Candidate will serve as customer service executive resolving customer queries in line with the client and business guidelines. Individuals with experience in handling Inbound calls from UK customers.
Roles and Responsibilities for HCL BPS Position 2024:
- Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customer for timely payments.
- Processing, Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and Service Rendered.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use. Performs customer account reconciliation, including research of unapplied cash and credits to aid in dispute resolution.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Co-ordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements.
- Engaging in ongoing educations opportunities to update job knowledge.

- Any Grad can apply (No Current Batch Regular Students / No Law Graduate).
- Shifts – 24* 5 (Night Shift)
- 5 days working – (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Eligibity Criteria for HCL Graduate Trainee Position 2024:
- UG Degree: Any Degree
- Graduation passing Year: 2021/2022/2023/2024
- 60% and above Percentage
- Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable to pay 50K to the organization
