MountBlue Technologies is conducting an off-campus drive in 2023, seeking fresh graduates for the position of Software Engineer Trainee. This role is perfect for motivated and intelligent engineers looking to start their careers in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Testing: Work collaboratively in a team to develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software.
Application Development: Engage in the development of web and mobile applications using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, etc.
Software Deployment: Ensure timely and defect-free software deployments, aiming for near 100% success.
Documentation: Write comprehensive documentation for software and APIs.
Support and Maintenance: Provide production support and hotfixes for software issues.
Compensation Structure:
Training Period (First 3 months): ₹15,000 per month
Post-Training (Next 12 months): ₹33,400 per month, totaling ₹4.01 Lakh annually
Post 15 months: Compensation will be performance-based, ranging from ₹8 to ₹12 Lakh annually.
Required Skills:
Programming Languages: Familiarity with at least one programming language such as C, C++, JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Important Considerations:
MountBlue invests significantly in training new employees through direct mentorship from experienced professionals. Candidates should be willing to commit to 15 months of continuous employment. After the initial three-month training period, candidates will be assigned to one of the following locations: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Chennai, based on their preferences.
