Roles and Responsibilities for HCL BPS Position 2024:
- Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
- Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resolution.
- Break schedule adherence.
- Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.
- Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
- Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
Eligibility Criteria for HCL Off Campus Drive 2024:
Eligibity Criteria for HCL Customer Service Position 2024:
- Any Grad can apply (No Current Batch Regular Students / No Law Graduate).
- Shifts – 24* 5 (Night Shift)
- 5 days working – (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Eligibity Criteria for HCL Graduate Trainee Position 2024:
- UG Degree: BCA/BSC
- Graduation passing Year: 2024
- 60% and above Percentage
- Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable to pay 50K to the organization
HCL Off Campus Walk In Venue 2024:

Interview Time:🕙 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Interview Location:📍HCL Technologies, Village Kanjehara & Chack Gajaria Farms, Sultanpur Road, Mastemau, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226002. Take Entry from Gate No.1.
Selection Process for HCL Walk In Drive 2024:
- Round 1: HR Screening
- Round 1: Written Test related to Case Studies / Emails.
- Round 2: Operations Interview
Skills required for HCL Technologies Off Campus Drive 2024:
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with a professional telephone etiquette
- Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service
- Freshers in UK Inbound calling preferably in Banking domain
