– 6 Days working with alternate Saturday off and fixed Sunday off

– Salary: Upto 21k + Incentives + Travelling Allowance

– Location: Airoli

– HSC or Graduate freshers can apply.

The Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Sutherland, resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Be a Communication Master: Utilize your excellent English communication skills to effectively interact with customers over various channels. Problem-Solving

Pro: Analyze and resolve customer queries efficiently, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Embrace Flexibility: Work within a rotational schedule, including night shifts, to provide 24/7 exceptional service.

Experience with customer service will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong work ethic and manage performance KPIs.
