Detailed duties and responsibilities:
- Handling Emails shared by Account Executives (AE), which has Extension, New Flight Creation, Creating Live SPOTS, Recorded Adlibs.
- Creating SPOTS for sport/programming events to be aired Pre-Game, In-Game, Half Time and Post Game.
- Handles Block Programming by using the script either via Production or Dubbing.
- Handle all aspects of assigned markets(s) including Producing, Dubbing, Extension of SPOTS, Manage Sport and Block programming, Missing Copies. Rotating Copies.
- Handle the market Influencers to record the script shared the AE.
- Revision of SPOT with updated script and creation of new flight.
- Ensure every Monday and first day of new month scripts must be checked and cleared for billing.Â
- Share missing copies details with AEs regularly so that spots are updated on time.
- Close all emails that are sent before the end of the day.
- Regular checks on Premiere Make Good Summary for missing spots of assigned markets.
- Inform Traffic/IRM’s to bump spots so they can finalize logs and generate report.
- Mark Daily Readiness no later than 3pm for Tue-Fri and no later than 2pm for Sat-Mon.
- Pull Missing Spots report out of NexGen once logs are done.
- Coordinates with other departments to maintain commercial inventory and to provide billing information.
- Plans and schedules to meet all required deadlines (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Require flexibility in work schedules.
- May back up other Traffic Coordinators when sick or on vacation.
- Usage of a web-based tool to update details by working with other teams over email/chat/call.
- Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written language and comprehension.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Aptitude to comprehend task assigned and good analytical skills.
- Interest in media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed on the new trends.
- Investigate system issues to help in billing/reconciliation.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives started in the process.

- MS-Outlook and MS-Word skills.

- Proven ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instruction procedure manuals, and insertion/purchase orders.
