Refund Policy
JobLinker (joblinker.in) offers digital services including job posting packages, premium listings, employer plans, and candidate-related services. Since all our services are digital and delivered instantly or within a short time, our Refund Policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
Once a user purchases a paid service on JobLinker, the service is activated immediately, and therefore, payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services already used, activated, or accessed.
However, in special cases such as technical issues, duplicate payments, or non-delivery of service due to an error on our side, users may request a refund. All refund requests must be sent to our support team within 48 hours of purchase with proper proof of payment and the issue faced. We will review the case and process the refund only if it is found valid.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. JobLinker is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
We do not guarantee job placement, candidate hiring, interview selection, or any employment-related results through our services. Payments made for job postings, featured listings, or premium visibility are only for service usage, not for outcomes.
Users are responsible for entering accurate information while purchasing services. JobLinker is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
